Hi, i am trying to wire a new CD/DVD player to my car. I have been told to purchase a Harness Adaptor so that i can wire it in. I think its JVC that make the units and i have an 1994 Rover 214 Si. Could sumone tell me wich Harness Adaptor i need. I have had a look on the halfords web site, but there are loads there and i don’t know wich one i need.

hi there im paul a car audio fitter that used to work for halfords as far as im aware their should be some wires with to the stereo already and they should have ine block at one end and 2 larger ones at the other obiously one end fits to the stereo the other 2 blocks are known as iso connectors and they should be able to plug direct to a rover unless the harness in the car has been altered so technically no other addapter should be needed. if you have further problems take the stereo and car and all the bits you have to your local halfords and they will look at it for you and assas whats needed for the job
